Loafers Bread Company, a cherished local bakery and cafe known for its artisanal breads, fresh pastries, and warm community atmosphere, is thrilled to announce its expansion into the South Hills of Pittsburgh. This marks an exciting new chapter for the bakery, allowing it to share its passion for handcrafted baked goods with even more of the city’s residents.
Founded over 30 years ago, Loafers Bread Company has become a staple in the Pittsburgh culinary scene, celebrated for its commitment to quality ingredients, traditional baking methods, and locally sourced products. The new South Hills location will feature the same menu favorites that have earned the bakery a loyal following, including its signature sourdough loaves, flavorful sandwiches, and rich, aromatic coffees.

The new location, situated at 1597 Washington Pike Bridgeville, Pa 15017 will offer both cozy indoor seating and a charming decor, perfect for enjoying Pittsburgh’s favorite breads and sandwiches. In addition to the classic offerings, the South Hills bakery will introduce exclusive seasonal items and participate in community events aimed at fostering local connections.
